What the challenge collects
The research challenge may collect your scenario selections, written reasoning, optional context about your work, consent choices, and technical submission information needed to operate the form.
How scoring is handled
Direct identity fields such as a name or email address are excluded from AI scoring inputs. AI may support structured analysis against the research rubric. Uncertain cases are designed for human review.
Why information is used
Responses are used to provide developmental feedback, improve the challenge and rubric, understand aggregate reasoning patterns, and—where separately agreed—support an organizational pilot.
What ThinkProof does not claim
The challenge is not a validated employment, psychological, medical, legal, or standardized assessment. Results should not be used as the sole basis for a high-impact decision.
